We require 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled booking, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged. A written cancellation must be sent to [email protected]

If a group is delayed:

Travel agencies and private travelers are asked to please respect their appointed booking time. A delay of more than 15 minutes can cause that the service cannot be fulfilled, but a full price must be paid for a booked service. If there is an unavoidable delay it must be announced to Friðheimar as soon as possible by telephone (+354) 486 8894

Children discount:

Children 6 – 14 years pay 50% for services, and Tomato soup buffet if travelling with an adult.
Children 5 years and younger get services and Tomato soup buffet for free if travelling with an adult.
