Green Tomato Jam with Cinnamon and Lime
Our favourite jam. Superb with cheese, on cheesecake and with the Sunday roast. Also perfect with desserts and pancakes.
Ingredients:
Icelandic green tomatoes, sugar, lime juice, cinnamon, stabilizer (E440, E450), salt, glucose, antioxidant (E341), preservative (E224).
